WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series
One year ahead of the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Valais, Crans-Montana will host a WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series event featuring two disciplines: Cross-Country and Short Track. These competitions will showcase the world’s top athletes as they navigate the challenging course stretching from the heart of Crans-Montana to Lake Chermignon.
This is an exciting new cross country venue in the Swiss Alps. Both fans and athletes will be captivated by the vineyards, forests, lakes, and waterfalls that adorn the landscape, creating a stunning backdrop for the UCI Cross-country Olympic and Short Track World Cups taking place from June 21 to 23.
The region is well-versed in hosting international mountain bike races, having held the Enduro World Series in 2021 and 2022, as well as the Swiss Bike Cup in 2023. With Valais gearing up for the 2025 UCI World Championships, Crans-Montana is set to deliver a spectacular racing event!

Franklin's Gardens- Northampton Saint's Stadium
Cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens is widely regarded as one of the top rugby stadiums in the country, and one of the hosting stadiums in the 2025 Rugby Women’s World Cup. Rapidly becoming Northamptonshire’s leading entertainment venue, the Gardens host an array of activities that attract thousands of visitors.
The stadium has hosted legendary performers such as Lionel Richie, Madness, Pete Tong, Sir Rod Stewart, and comedy star Al Murray. The venue also features outdoor cinema screenings, Horrible Histories shows, corporate touch rugby tournaments, and even a Tough Mudder event, all taking place at the home of the Northampton Saints.
The event plan above shows Northampton Saint’s preparation for an event featuring DJ Nathan Dawe. OnePlan has enabled them to easily place their temporary staging to scale – even during the rugby season. The event planner has also placed multiple workforce across their event plan, so every member of staff knows their station on the day. This aides in smooth operational planning in the lead up to their event.
Steve Laws, Deputy Safety Officer, told us “OnePlan was the perfect modelling tool for us to design and plan for our Summer Concerts. OnePlan is intuitive and straight forward to use. I will definitely be using again.”
As demonstrated in these event plans, OnePlan is the perfect planning tool for multi-use venues. The user-friendly interface enables the creation of detailed, customisable venue layouts, all accessible via a web-browser. Share your plans in a few clicks with stakeholders for smooth approval processes, and to ensure up to date files across the team.

Olney, Maryland- National Night Out
Olney’s National Night Out (NNO), planned by the Olney Chamber of Commerce, is part of a worldwide effort to bring together communities and law enforcement. Also, out of over 16,000 participating communities, Olney’s 2023 event was ranked 16th in their population category!
Jaime Costolo, Olney Chamber Deputy Director, tells us “We’re incredibly proud of our event which brings together local public safety organizations, public officials, businesses, food, entertainment and about 5,000 residents! It’s a very large coordinated effort and using OnePlan to place exact display vehicles, kids activities, staging and so much more into a layout that can be shared with numerous organizations is essential. We also use the layout to ensure safety and logistics at the event by figuring out where barricades need to be placed and how vendors can access their location, as well as where people will be stationed to ensure traffic patterns are maintained.”
She continues, ” We work with over 70 businesses and organizations to make the event happen, so having a place where we can keep making additions and changes up to the day of the event is important! We love using OnePlan! It’s a great tool!”
The free family-friendly event takes place on August 6th and is sponsored nationwide by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW). Olney’s NNO will feature a DJ, demonstrations, martial arts and dance performances, face painting, giveaways and more! As well as educational information on fire and crime prevention. If you live near Olney, Maryland, it is not one to miss!
TRC Events- Christmas in July
As we exit July, and Christmas Marketing planning season is fully underway, it would be foolish to not include our 2022 Case Study- Christmas in July!
Kristen Hudgin’s Christmas in July event brings together dozens of artists at a local farm for a day of selling their goods. “We have over 170 tents and exhibitors across the Christmas in July event,” shared Kristen. “The ability to scale the tents and make sure everything is perfectly placed is a great benefit of OnePlan. It’s been a huge time-saver, and I feel more confident in my site map.”
Kristen’s event also has unique items not used at every event, including a fire pit, ring toss games, a petting zoo – each one of these unique items has a bespoke icon in OnePlan. “OnePlan means I can now plan my Christmas event precisely. It’s super accurate which gives me confidence when I get on site,” said Kristen.
