This event is the organisation’s largest and most ambitious to date, engaging participants aged 4-25 in a weekend filled with fun, adventure, and challenging activities from the largest inflatables to science experiments.
From Fareham West Scouts’ planning team, Tom Ridge told us: “OnePlan played a crucial role in designing a safe and accessible event, adaptable to various ground conditions and weather scenarios. The system was user-friendly and featured excellent sharing options, allowing the entire team to monitor the event setup in real time.”
Tom continues, “The platform enabled us to identify and avoid using areas of the site that might have been waterlogged, ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone on site. We look forward to collaborating with OnePlan on future events.”
