OnePlan Solo is designed for individual event planners planning one event. OnePlan Team is designed for planners that plan more than one event or teams that need to collaborate on the same plan.
If you are planning an event alone and you’re only planning one event, OnePlan Solo is the most suitable. If you plan in a team or work on more than one event, you’d benefit from OnePlan Team’s multi-event and team collaboration features.
You can change between OnePlan Solo and Team but event plans you create in one platform can’t be imported to the other. If you change platforms your event plan will need to be re-created in the platform you are changing to.
OnePlan Solo comes with several map types enabling users to plan events in any location in the world and change the map at any time.
Mapbox Street Maps: Offers a clean, versatile view of roads and transit networks.
Mapbox Satellite Maps: Provides satellite imagery blended with vector data for real-world visualization.
Google Street Maps: A reliable 2D map with detailed geographic data.
Google Satellite Maps: High-resolution aerial imagery for detailed event planning
Team users can use satellite maps and load in CADs of event spaces and venue floorplans independently or as overlays on satellite maps.
Satellite Maps: Any location in the world. Available in colour or black and white. Satellite imagery is up to five-times higher definition than standard photographs and is available in HD in some countries.
UK Ordnance Survey mapping: In the UK, we offer direct access to Ordnance Survey mapping, providing accurate base plans for the whole of the UK with accurate and up-to-date road and path layouts.
Import Floorplans: Users can import drawings of their event space or floorplan to achieve cm accuracy planning events in a defined space such as a venue.
Yes. If features in OnePlan Team are more suited to the way you work, or there’s a possibility you will collaborate with your team using OnePlan in the future, you can use OnePlan Team as an individual user.
